At Ripl Creative, we believe in helping brands make waves — not just with great design, but with marketing that connects and converts. We’re looking for a Digital Advertising & Co-op Coordinator who can bring both analytical precision and creative energy to our growing team.

You’ll help manage digital ad campaigns, pace budgets, track results, and navigate brand co-op and reimbursement processes for a variety of clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, data, and a well-built spreadsheet — but also loves being part of a fast-moving creative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Launch and manage paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, and more)
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance
  • Compile and analyze ad performance reports
  • Manage co-op submissions, approvals, and invoicing
  • Maintain detailed records of campaign assets and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with the Ripl team to keep creative and reporting aligned
  • Support light social media scheduling and post management

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media coordination, or ad operations (agency experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
  • Excel or Google Sheets proficiency — you love data that tells a story
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized under pressure
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate with both creative and account teams
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a knack for problem-solving

Bonus Points If You Have…

  • Experience with co-op marketing programs or reimbursement processes
  • Knowledge of UTM tracking or Google Tag Manager
  • Light design (particularly with Canva) or copywriting skills for quick ad updates
